Digital magnetometers are designed to measure the magnitude of the magnetic induction of a constant magnetic field B in the scanning area and determine the force parameter F, calculated from the measured amplitude and spatial characteristics of the magnetic field, when monitoring the magnetization of insulating joints and rails on railway transport. Magnetometers allow you to predict the possibility of shorting insulating joints with metal objects, based on the measured values of B and F.
